Not much to say positively. The biggest issue was the lack of an elevator—this Best Western really needs to become ADA compliant. The place still feels like a model straight out of the 70/80s era and definitely needs a total makeover to become a 2026 hotel that I would consider staying at again and recommending to others.

The location is right by the highway, and there’s a nice restaurant next door. The problem was raw sewage coming up into our bathtub. Beaver had just been flooded with the monsoon rains and the dam had broken, flooding the town. We were told at check‑in not to drink or brush teeth with the tap water. The tub began filling up with raw sewage. A lady came to fix the drain with bleach, claiming the residue was sand, but my husband, a retired plumber, told her the drain needed to be snaked out by a plumber and that the debris was raw sewage. We asked for another room but none was available. The lady refunded our money by crediting our card. We packed up everything and left.

Convenience, cleanliness, and breakfast. Nothing negative.

Friendly and fast check‑in. The room and grounds were very clean. Free breakfast at the restaurant made for a very good start to our day on the road. Will stay again.
