Very clean, decent shower. When we eventually saw a person the next morning they were friendly enough. The entry system is ridiculous, using your phone – my elderly father would not have managed if we weren’t together. It does the job but there is absolutely no soul in the whole experience staying here, which is quite disappointing when you’re in a cultural historic city!

Clean and everything necessary is available. A bike parking spot is a plus for traveling. Very loud… glass bottles were smashed at 7:30 am in the courtyard.

Cleanliness and furnishings. No television (we were paying 80€ for one night and it was there), poor quality of the link to open the door… we received the message after my reminder, at 16:00!

The place was well organized and in a great spot close to the city centre.
