Everything liked. The room was fairly comfortable and cozy. There’s parking with video surveillance. In the evening it’s quiet, with few people filming rooms. You can sit in the courtyard at night; there are tables, chairs, and a nice lighting. Wi‑Fi is free. The staff are friendly, patient, and ready to help. They’re open from 8:00 to 17:00, and you can also call the administrator. Sometimes getting there was tricky; the small town of Sečovce means I had to travel 1‑2 days away a few times, and when I returned I regretted the hotel not being in Košice. Although buses run fairly often, it still adds extra wait and travel time.

Friendly staff and a comfortable room made the stay pleasant, and the hotel’s location was convenient. Parking is available for guests, locks at night, and it’s free for those staying in the pension. The place is quiet with few people, and there’s a lounge area with chairs and night lighting for a relaxed outdoor sit‑down. A small fenced courtyard lets you stroll without worrying about stray animals. The downside is a neighbor’s dog that barks constantly, which can be annoying if you stay in the room for long periods. Outside, a strange vine has tangled the windows, and the room’s daylight is dim because there’s no electric lighting. The hotel is under renovation on the roof and façade; inside everything is tidy, but the exterior still shows signs of ongoing work, which are minor inconveniences.

Everything was satisfactory. You can park your car in the courtyard, which locks at night, and there’s no extra fee. The area is monitored by security cameras and feels safe. The courtyard is almost empty after 17:00, yet it’s well lit, so you can sit outside and enjoy fresh air. The pension sits in the city centre, or close to it, just a 10‑minute walk from the bus station. Nearby you’ll find two supermarkets, pharmacies, and even a pet hotel that will accept four‑legged guests if they have all the required vaccinations and treatments. The only drawback is a constant noise outside the room’s window—some machinery or a server seems to be running. In the adjacent courtyard, a dog barks incessantly, sometimes growling, never stopping. If you get used to it or keep the window closed, everything else is fine.

The place was really great! Everything was clean, tidy, and newly renovated, including the bed and fresh linens. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, but despite the hot weather during the day, it was surprisingly comfortable at night. I managed to get a great rest after a long drive and recharge my energy for the rest of the trip. I especially want to highlight the warmth and exceptional hospitality of the hosts, as well as the wonderful, huge, and delicious breakfast!
