The location was perfect, away from Bangkok’s main crowds yet close to an MRT that offers great access. My room was spotlessly clean and comfy, and the staff were very helpful. The cafe offered free tea and coffee, and the breakfast was tasty with different options each day. The only downside was waking up half‑asleep and realizing the bedroom door was a glass panel.

The place is great, just 120 m from the subway, close to a 7‑11 and a Starbucks fence, and a tasty restaurant right across the street. The room I booked was very spacious and well‑divided, with parking available. The bathroom had a pipe smell, and I’m not sure if the tissues were forgotten or not offered (there were only in the bathroom). There was no shower cap, maybe because it isn’t a big‑brand hotel. I stayed three nights and didn’t request housekeeping, so the hotel didn’t refill water or replace towels; I had to ask at the counter, where the staff said the maid should have stocked six bottles from the start. It was just a minor inconvenience.

The atmosphere is pleasant, free coffee and tea are a plus, and there are plenty of cats that are friendly to people. It’s also close to a 7‑Eleven and a Dobi, which is convenient.

The location is very central, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good. The staff need to be called in first, but once they arrive they’re quick and friendly. The 14‑square‑meter room is quite small, the air‑conditioner was off on arrival, and the room was too warm.

The hotel is centrally located and the value for money is decent. The internet is sometimes down or overloaded, the bed was too hard and the pillow especially, and the air‑conditioner is noisy.
