The heated pool was available, breakfast was decent, and the surroundings were pretty, but the property needs a lot of maintenance inside and out, some pillows should be replaced, and the pool noise was too loud from the room.

The setting was great, but the pool was closed and cold, and breakfast offered very little variety with several dirty utensils.

The hotel was abandoned and for sale, rooms were a disaster, the bedding was bad, there were no light bulbs, the water heater was broken and there was no hot water. We were moved to a cabin that was much better, but still not up to standard. Breakfast was bad. Leticia and Cristina (staff) were excellent within what they could do to improve the stay. Everything else was terrible.

We really couldn't stay. We arrived, everything was dark, they pointed out where the cabin was, but it was so dark we struggled to find the number. There was no security or anyone to contact at night. It felt unsafe to stay in those conditions, so we left that same night.

The scenery was amazing, the location is a marvel and the construction of the place is spectacular. We couldn't use the air conditioning because it was out of service and my daughter was eager to play in the pool, but otherwise nothing else to add.
