The location is strategic and easy to reach from many eateries and shops, and the lift is available. The only downside is a short staircase (around 4‑5 steps) before the lift. Parking is limited to four spots in front of the hotel; the rest are in the basement with a charge of about RM 20 for an overnight stay, though they do reserve a few spots for hotel guests. Occasionally loud motorcycles can be heard at night, but it didn’t bother me much.

The room was so spacious, neat and clean. The bathroom also looks so clean and comfortable to stay in. The service and parking was reserve for every guest. The location is so strategic and walkway for every place. The lobby is on the 1st floor. Need a little effort to use lift for registeration
