non-functional wifi, a faulty AC, and a lack of food options

It was an excellent stay for both comfort and convenience: quick check‑in, clean room, and professional staff—ideal for a sports event in satellite Ahmedabad.
No customer care, and the price was higher than listed on the website, with an extra charge.
“The hotel was fair for a a day's trip”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel's policy of not including breakfast in the room cost was a bit of a surprise, but it actually worked out well for me as I was able to grab something to eat elsewhere. However, I did find the room cost to be a bit on the higher side, which was a bit of a drawback. Overall, it was a good stay, but I think they could work on pricing to make it more competitive.
“Worst hotel ever..staff behaviour.... cleanliness, condition.. Everything is zero.”
Nothing good to mention. Everything—staff behaviour, cleanliness, condition—was awful; the worst hotel ever.
I didn’t like the rooms at all – they felt shady and untrustworthy.
