I was pleasantly surprised by how brand‑new the bathroom felt and the beds were super comfortable; the host was very friendly, even though we booked the room late. The breakfast was good, but there’s still room for improvement.

Cleanliness, attention to detail, and breakfast were all spot on. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was very good, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

The location is convenient for exploring Modena with a great value, the room was spacious and clean, and in our case it faced the back so the nearby highway was inaudible; breakfast was good, and the host was friendly and helpful. I’d only suggest a bright sign at the gate because the entrance isn’t visible at night.
