It sat in the perfect spot, offered handy snacks when we needed them, and welcomed our pets, which was fantastic; the pool had just the right size and temperature, and my grandchildren loved it, making me happy to see them so joyful; the staff were great, super kind, and always helpful. The only downside was the lack of carts—there were none left when we checked out.

The room smelled like cat piss, the TV was broken, and the shower wouldn’t drain.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious, and the shower was especially good.

The service was excellent, but check‑in was delayed because the room‑key‑card machine was down.
