“Well worth the money”
Great value, but the beds were a problem.

It’s an amazing place to stay if you can tolerate the cramped rooms and bathrooms. The whole building’s temperature is controlled by a single unit—boiling hot the first night, then super cold the second, but the blanket kept us warm.
A great spot to stay, close to restaurants in Echoland and shuttles to ski fields. The owners are absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

It’s just a short walk to restaurants and bars in Echoland, and next to the bus stop for Goryu, Iimori and Hakuba 47. The staff go out of their way to help with whatever you need. The equipment storage room is tiny and a bit tricky to fit everything in, but otherwise it’s fine.
“Great location and fabulous king hosts”
The owners were delightful and couldn’t have asked for more. They offered local advice, cleared a lot of snow off our car, and helped us coordinate with local restaurants. I would recommend them without hesitation. Lovely people!
