“Excellent”

The property was kept in good shape, and traveling with kids, everyone seemed equally content. The food was tasty, the premises were cleaned daily, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. All in all, we had a relaxing stay.

The facility offered everything needed, and the staff—including the cleaners—were friendly and constructive in their interactions. Cleanliness was very good, and the food and drinks were available at all hours to keep you satisfied. The aqua area was efficient and well‑equipped for children. I thank all the staff for everything. I didn’t encounter any negative incidents, but I have a suggestion about the grill section: I’m not sure if the issue is the flavor of the meat or the chicken, or perhaps the marination. I didn’t get the flavor I expected from the grilled dishes; it was not terrible, but I couldn’t say it was exactly what I wanted.

The room was spacious enough for the kids, and there was plenty to keep them busy; the staff were friendly. I felt the entertainment team let me down.
