NH Madrid Lagasca is located in Madrid's Salamanca district, 800 meters from Recoletos Train Station, near Retiro Park and Puerta de Alcalá. The hotel features 24-hour reception, free fitness center, café-bar, and buffet breakfast. Modern rooms have flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom. Serrano Metro Station is 500 meters away, with direct access to historic city centre and Madrid Airport via nearby bus.

The location was outstanding, but the price felt a little steep.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location. The rooms are average, the beds are uncomfortable, the building is old, maintenance should be better for the price, the rooms get very hot, and the air‑conditioning smells like food or tobacco. I really didn’t like any part of it, and I’ve noticed that booking tends to give you the worst rooms.

The location is great, close to excellent restaurants, shops, and other attractions, and I’d stay there again on my next visit.

My preferred hotel in the area, I stay here every time I’m in Madrid. Great location, rooms are clean and comfy. As mentioned, I stay here at least twice a year for at least 5 nights. And every time at breakfast time, the staff service is bad. They are continuously bitching to each other about working conditions or daily lives and customer service is poor. There needs to be more supervision and training for servers
