The location was right in the center, and Mrs. Chiara was courteous.

The spot was ideal for strolling around Sulmona, and the parking garage was close enough to the B & B. They offered a discount on the daily rate if you mentioned the B & B name, but that only worked when an attendant was present, which was rarely the case, so we had to pay at the machine; still, the price was reasonable. The rooms were tidy, spacious, and came with a lovely balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would love to return to La Dimora del Falconiere on a future trip to Abruzzo. The only downside was a bit of late‑night noise from party‑goers on the narrow side street and from the café across the street, but it was a national holiday so the school was closed and many teenagers were out, which probably explains the commotion.

Clean, comfortable, and very well situated in the town centre. There was no breakfast on site and the check‑in was bare‑bones—just receive keys and leave.
