Everything was perfect: super clean, very friendly staff, great location, and the room had everything you need! Communication with Giuseppe about check‑in and everything else worked flawlessly.

The location is excellent, close to many cafés and attractions. It gets very noisy at night because of the proximity to the square. The air conditioning isn’t working, and I couldn’t open the windows because of the noise, so the room was hot. Unfortunately, the sleep quality was poor.

“Terrible and have never been treated like that before.”

We arrived on the first night and the AC was broken; I informed the staff but they couldn't fix it until the next morning. We opened the windows, yet a concert next door played until 11:57, making it impossible to sleep and very uncomfortable. The lady came at 10:30 the following morning, still unable to repair the unit, and only offered a small noisy portable fan, claiming that was all she could do and would not charge us extra tax. This was upsetting and unacceptable. The heat made us decide not to stay another night, so we found another place, packed up, and left. I would not recommend this hotel, especially given the lack of consideration and no compensation.

The owner was very attentive and polite. The location is great, only 300 metres from the Colosseum. Despite being in a lively square, there was no noise. The place was very clean. The price might be considered a bit high compared to nearby hotels.

Location. Airconditioning worked weird. Overall it was hot during night even the AC was on
