The place was good and the rooms were spacious—perfect for a family stay—and the reception staff were friendly; we stayed for six days and they delivered excellent service, so I can't find anything to complain about.

The rooms and property were clean, but I was charged for an extra bed for a child even though the booking app never offered me the option to add kids, and after calling I still got no concession.

Other than the location, nothing was good: the rooms and bed linens weren’t clean, the front desk was unhelpful and uncourteous, the dinner food quality was bad, and most of the morning breakfast items were empty.
