The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location was excellent.
“Very clean & nice stay closer to all amenities”
The place was clean, and Alok at reception was extremely helpful, friendly, and answered all our questions.
“Lovely small hotel with the friendliest staff”
Excellent location and very comfortable room. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful. Our room was at the front of the hotel and noisy from the road, but that’s Hanoi, and we slept well anyway—just keep that in mind.
Great location, friendly staff and everything was clean, but the walls were thin and the beds were surprisingly hard.
Simple yet very good and well located.
