Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was nice yet had a few spider webs on the ceiling.

The hot water stopped after about 5 minutes into my shower on the first floor, the place smelled unpleasant and was not clean. When the staff asked if I needed a shuttle to the airport, I said yes, hoping to arrive by 8:30 am. She told me to be at the shuttle by 8:20 am. I got there on time, but we waited another 12 minutes before heading to another hotel to pick up other guests, and we finally reached the airport at 8:44 am.

The place had a strong odor

The location was great because it was close to the airport, the room was clean but the floors were dirty. The shuttle bus should have displayed the hotel’s name, the floor was sticky so I didn’t remove my shoes, and the TV remote was disgusting.
