The rooms felt a bit worn, yet the service matched what you’d expect for the price; however, the rooms were shabby and the bathroom was too small for a double occupancy.

Good breakfast, but the overall value was utterly underwhelming for the price. The room overlooked an enclosed garden, and I had to book a time slot to use the spa. Reception staff were very average.
The hotel staff were welcoming and helped us arrange a private boat trip on Lake Como right by the hotel and its garden, but the cleaning crew caused a lot of disturbance by talking loudly in the corridors.

It was a good stay, yet we’d pick another place for the money next time because it’s quite expensive compared to other beautiful options on the Lake.
