I recently booked a room at this hotel, but unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out that my booking wasn't available. I was forced to book another room at a double the original price, which was quite frustrating. Despite the initial hiccup, the hotel staff seemed friendly and helpful, but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, it was a disappointing start to my stay, but I'm hoping the rest of my visit will make up for it.
