The proximity to the train and supermarkets is a plus. The rooms are very small and lack air conditioning.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the hotel offers great value for money. Its central location means you can reach Hamburg-Mitte in no time. There was nothing to complain about; everything fit perfectly.

Good value for the money. You get what you pay for, it was cheap so no need for complaining

The price for a night is reasonable, which explains all the drawbacks. The staff are friendly, the process is straightforward, the free Wi‑Fi is usable, and the rooms are clean. However, the rooms are a bit noisy, small, and have no TV; the hotel is far from the city center, which justifies the price. The elevator was broken, and parking costs €10.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam, kompetent. Die Tatsache, dass die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist, ist äußert angenehm, gibt ein Gefühl der Sicherheit. Wir können nichts beanstanden
