There was no breakfast, but that works for me. Room 8 had a large double bed, and I liked lying on it while watching TV late at night. I appreciated the bed, the TV, and the Wi‑Fi. The hotel sits on a quiet lane, so there was no disturbing outside noise, and the interior was also quiet, probably because occupancy was low at that time. That silence is a real plus. The hotel isn’t special, nor luxurious, and the service isn’t extravagant, but the simple amenities and affordable price balance that out. On the downside, the shower arrangement in Room 8 was inconvenient; a more spacious bathroom could be reconfigured into a shower cubicle. A persistent, very unpleasant smell came from the bathroom, so I always kept the bath door shut. The sliding window frame didn’t work properly—the window was hard to open or close. When I sat at the table to eat or do other things, I couldn’t follow the television broadcast because the TV set was mounted right over the table, so I could only watch programs when lying on the bed.

A great hotel just a short walk from the sea, located in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside was the lack of Russian‑language TV channels.

The place is in a decent spot, but I would not recommend it. The room had drafty windows that let every street noise in, and the mattress was worn out and creaked with any movement. The bathroom was a nightmare: no shower enclosure, just a showerhead that sprayed water everywhere, no ventilation so towels never dried, and all our fabric got damp. The owner and staff never cleaned the room at all during our three‑day stay, and we never received fresh towels, toilet paper, or bed linen. Trash was never taken out, even though we were out of the guesthouse for 6–7 hours each day. Every night from 10:00 p.m. to 00:30 a.m. there was constant shouting, screaming, partying, and drinking in the reception area, making sleep impossible. The owner and her friends were part of the same chaos, and when we mentioned the noise they simply said they would be quieter, but nothing changed. They showed zero respect for guests paying to relax. The hallway thresholds were unmarked, causing trips, and the motion‑sensor lights were unreliable, so we often had to use a flashlight to lock our room. The price was low, but the limits were exceeded. I’ve never stayed in a worse place.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic structure was clean. I didn’t use breakfast or other meals, so I can’t comment on those. There were no annoying noises inside or outside, even though the train line was relatively close at the end of the street. A few details could be improved, but overall everything went well. Staying off‑season made the place less crowded.
