The hotel was centrally located, clean, and the staff were friendly. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable in my opinion, and a wider choice of pillow types (firm‑soft) would be welcome.

The bed was super comfy with extra soft bedding and the location was great. Construction on the street spoiled the view from the terrace that I paid extra for, and the noise was a bit annoying, but it will improve once it’s finished. Parking isn’t on the hotel premises but at El Cortese across the street, which costs 20 EUR per day instead of 25 EUR.

The location was excellent, central and with a metro stop very close. The reception was available 24 hours, and the room was spacious, clean, and well organized. The breakfast service was poorly organized and lacked hot food.

We had a wonderful stay at Numa Madrid Fuencarral. The location was the highlight—right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities. We were really pleased with everything, especially the cleanliness and the fantastic location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
