It feels like being in another country, good vibe, breakfast is moderate but tasty, decoration is beautiful, staff friendly and very helpful, room is spacious. No window, must open the door for sunlight, not suitable for babies or toddlers because they could fall, and you need an experienced driver to navigate the steep road.

The customer service was good, the hotel’s surroundings felt somewhat comfortable, the lift and water heater worked well, and the room’s cleanliness and the presence of a Qibla indicator were satisfactory. However, the furniture was a bit old and not fully functional, like a wardrobe door that almost fell off, and the toilet didn’t provide a toothbrush.

Breakfast was included and there was a shuttle to the city center. The hotel is a bit outside the center, but the shuttle solved that issue, though you’re tied to its operating hours.

The accommodation is very good, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is very varied. The only downside was that some guests were noisy, and their sounds could be heard in the hallway, disturbing us at night and in the morning.
