The room was clean. The self‑check‑in kiosk only accepted alphabetic characters, so Japanese names couldn’t be entered. While I was fumbling with the machine, I pressed the “Besoin d’aide” button several times, but it stayed disconnected for at least 15 minutes. Since there are few Asian guests, I wish the hotel had warned me beforehand that the self‑check‑in wouldn’t work for me.

I’m still very happy with this place. The staff are friendly, the equipment is good, and it’s super close to the Zenith for concerts.
