Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were friendly and attentive, but it takes about 20 minutes to walk into the town center.

I booked at the last minute, the mountain weather was great, and the place is easily reachable by train or bus with just a short walk; breakfast was superb and the daily information sheet was a nice touch, although we never used the wellness facilities.

The location was perfect for us, the breakfast was hearty and plentiful, and the staff were very pleasant; the hotel feels a bit dated but still charming, and a minibar or a Nespresso machine would be a welcome addition.
