I booked this room without breakfast on the platform, but before departure I received an email from the hotel offering breakfast, so I added it. The breakfast was delicious, and we stayed for seven days with a different menu each morning—highly recommend ordering breakfast so you don’t have to scramble for bread at the only nearby convenience store. The room itself was comfortable, though you might want to book one extra spot less than the room’s capacity to avoid luggage issues. Overall the room was nice, and the downstairs lounge was great; we enjoyed our seven days there. The downside is that the only shower available is in the downstairs public bath, and since we were a group, we had to take turns; if you’re craving a soak, better head to the outdoor Yaoze Hot Springs.

I booked the guesthouse in the 90th minute… the location was fantastic 🤩 I arrived in the evening and the host recommended a restaurant, explained the area, and was very courteous. The room was large and Japanese‑styled. From the room you can hear the water flow from the town’s aqueducts. I appreciated the staff’s help with everything (parking, towel for the onsen, recommendations).

“Absolutely fantastic”

Everything was great 😊 We loved how traditional it felt and how close it was to the ski lifts. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable; can’t wait to return 💜

The location is excellent and the staff are helpful, but the rooms are very pricey compared to other places we stayed on our trip.
