The reception staff were helpful, I received an upgrade on arrival and Ismail assisted a lot with taxis and getting me to a medical centre. The suite was nice and large with side views of the mountain, the bed was clean and comfortable. The location is central. Breakfast was really good. The carpets were a bit worn and the bathroom was a little smelly.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious

Great hotel in the middle of town. They upgraded me to a bigger room which was great. Ismael was very helpful in arranging drivers for a tour in the area and transport to take me to the border. He was always checking on me to see if everything was good. Ismael went beyond what he was supposed to do and it was really appreciated. A great asset to the hotel.
