“No Show, No Stay”
I booked a room ten days ahead and even paid, but the day before my arrival I got an email saying the hotel couldn't accommodate me. The agent never confirmed the reservation, so I was left without a place to stay. Avoid this place at all costs.
“Cheap, Dirty, No Breakfast”
The room was a total disappointment for the price—dirty, with rainwater seeping in when it rained, and the bed was awful. I was promised breakfast, but none was provided. Overall, a very poor experience.
“Stranded and Frustrated”
I was told the hotel was fully booked, yet the local agent never actually secured my reservation. I ended up stranded and had to scramble to find a room for just one night, while I still had to arrange the other two nights myself. Service was frustrating and unreliable.
“Bad Service, Bad Experience”
The staff behaved terribly, making the stay unpleasant.
