The view was exceptional, reception was excellent and super detailed, and the place felt very welcoming.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the service spotless, the location was great, the food was delicious, and I’d definitely recommend the spa. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The décor was lovely, the food tasty, and the bed was comfortable. I woke up itchy from bed bugs, probably in the curtains—something I’d never experienced before, and the itching was awful. I told the hotel staff, but they tried to blame me even when I showed them the clear bite marks.
