The place is very calm and surrounded by nice nature. The apartment itself is very beautiful and spacious. There are two air conditioners, which are also very good. The bathroom is very nice and comfortable. The beach is very nearby, and I think Mirissa beach is one of the best in all of Sri‑Lanka. Especially recommend going to the beach in the morning—at 8 o’clock there are no people and the water is clean and nice.

The place was gorgeous, modern, spotless and super cozy—perfect for a quiet stay. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, just a 7‑minute walk to the beach.

The room was huge, with floor‑to‑ceiling glass that let me watch the sunrise and see trees, birds, and squirrels right from inside; it was lovely. I also enjoyed the open‑air glass roof shower, and the AC worked great. A fridge and kettle were provided, and the staff were pleasant while the owner was quick to respond and available. Overall, a solid experience, and the beach is only a short walk away, with a very comforting path. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone staying in the Mirissa area.

Новый красивый дом в тихом районе, но все рядом: магазины, кафе, пляж. Дом комфортный, современный. Такое жилье крайне сложно найти в этом районе. Мы провели прекрасное время
