The location was great, right near the square, ideal for the Virgen del Carmen festival. I didn’t like having to check out early; we were at the desk at 8 a.m. and no one attended, even though we had arranged it beforehand and planned to leave our bags in storage for a few hours. No WhatsApp reply and no response to the desk bell, and there was no staff present.

I liked the very pleasant atmosphere, the reception staff were very friendly, and the lady at reception always greeted me with a smile and was nice to my daughter, while the young man was very attentive. Ah! hot water worked fine. The shower needed a bit more cleaning, it smelled like mildew or mold.

The location is good, close to the central market square. There's a table tennis table and a PlayStation, so despite the bad experience we could still entertain ourselves a little. I think the other reviews give a good picture of this 'hotel': Israeli travelers love it, but for the rest of the guests it’s an uncomfortable stay. I thought the main purpose of a hotel is to sleep, but here you should expect to not be able to sleep at 2 am. There’s music, singing, and shouting. It’s great if you’re looking for a party hostel, but not suitable for a family. On top of that everything is dirty, the room smells, and there’s only a window that looks onto the courtyard. The mattresses are also bad. Regarding staff, I can only say that the person who welcomed us seemed to be on their first day and couldn’t answer any questions.

Amazing staff. They take care of everything you need. The place is clean and spacious. The roof is fun. In the city center. A place to meet nice people.
