“Brilliant”

Jelena was amazing, super attentive and helped with anything I needed. Room was ready early, comfortable bed and a lot of space right in the middle of old town! Location was fab. Will definitely be back :)

“Mainly won't recommend because the staff were not really helpful.”

Located in the old town, hence closed by to all the shops. The owner was not helpful. Won't let us use the washing machine and very inconvenient whenever asked for help. Sometime provided wrong information to us. The room has a double decker, but used a ladder that can easily slide, hence unsafe for use. The entrance door was difficult to open using the key

Location. The toilet seat was very uncomfortable to sit down, and toilet was really smelly. I understand its in the old city but as a guest obviously there should be some expectation. the room got literally no mirror, that was a biggest shock. And we were there for 4nights , only 2big towels were given and 2hand towels. The pillows, blankets were really smelly
