We were a group of two couples who had the whole villa to ourselves, enjoying a good breakfast. They arranged motorbikes and tuktuk for us, and the location is close to Alona Beach and many restaurants—definitely a return visit. The pictures match reality, but the finishing quality is lacking (windows and doors don’t seal perfectly), so bugs and cockroaches can sometimes get in.

Great location close to Alona beach but far enough to be quiet, nice beautiful room, staff is top notch. Room is private but you share common area, kitchen and pool with other rooms in your building, which in our case were impolite people which repeatedly left the common area dirty and even smoked inside

The spot was great, the 4‑bedroom setup was nice, and breakfast was all‑you‑can‑eat, but the bathtub only had water, so it was a let‑down, and there was a dead cockroach under the sofa.
