The location was good. The distance and cost of overnight parking were an issue, and the evening main meal offered poor value.

The location was decent, and the staff were helpful. However, knickers were found underneath the sofa bed, it was too cold for disabled people, and a very nosy fan was present.

My first visit to a Moxy hotel turned out to be an overall excellent experience; I had to switch rooms because of a plumbing problem, but the staff handled it extremely well. The only downside was a dismissive, unhelpful staff member at check‑in, yet everyone else on the team was fantastic.
