“It didn’t happen due to lack of communication on the b n bs side. We walked the streets looking for it for hours before”

We couldn’t locate the property, so we can’t comment on it; the address was only a name with no number or street, a common issue mentioned by other reviewers, we tried calling and left voicemails but never received a reply, and we had to book elsewhere.

“Absolute con.”

I booked this place six months ahead for a gig, and although it had average ratings, I didn’t mind for a single night until I read reviews that said there was only one bathroom shared by four rooms, which was unacceptable for my wife; I emailed them repeatedly but got no response, they flat‑out refused to refund or discuss, so I went through my bank for a refund; avoid this accommodation and the site—both are terrible.

AVOID!!!! THIS PLACE IS EITHER A MASSIVE CON, OR IT HAS BEEN SOLD PREVIOUSLY AND HAS CHANGES HANDS. NO NUMBER FOR THE HOUSE GIVEN, NO RESIDENT CLOSE TO THE PINNED ADDRESS KNEW ABOUT THIS PLACE, LOOKING AT GOOGLE IMAGES LOOKS LIKE THE PLACE IS A SE OF FLATS. BOOKINGS.COM WERE WELL AWARE IT WAS BOGUS FROM PREVIOUS COMMENTS THE PAST MONTH BUT STILL LET THE PLACE ON THEIR SITE. MANAGED TO GET MY MONEY BACK BUT HAD TO DRIVE 3 1/2 HRS HOME AFTER A GIG. Total con

“Had nowhere to stay, no other rooms had availability, had to stay up on the street all night, and get coach back to Bris”

Doesn’t exist, four different people were looking for room they paid for. No answer from property. It’s a scam, should be removed from site

“What stay???”

I loved being stranded in London when harry styles is performing, kasabian are performing, pride is happening and Wimbledon is on. Had to turn around and go home because of this property. It doesn’t exist. refuse to acknowledge that this has been happening for sometime and told me this is the first they’d heard of it. Previous reviews beg to differ!
