I was familiar with the booking site and saw pictures of the hotel rooms before booking, but the rooms they gave me were different, small, and offered no services; the blankets and pillows were very dirty, the room was full of cockroach droppings and mosquitoes, there was no hot water or towels, and the service was terrible—my whole family and kids were unhappy, and it was the worst experience. I am very pleased that I got my money back from the hotel and the refund was returned to my account.
