The location is perfect, the room is spacious but not extraordinary, and the staff are very friendly, especially Marina at reception; she is kind beyond her duty. The only flaw is the breakfast: it is very sparse.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. First, the positives: the location was good and the room design was interesting—those were the only good things. Negatives: there’s no place to pull over right outside the hotel; we were honked at by a car behind us and had to drive another 100–150 m to stop. When I asked about parking, the front desk said the hotel had no parking and our car wouldn’t fit anyway. The next day I saw another guest try to get a regular car into the garage or elevator. It was a real struggle and he needed help from two staff, but with a slightly larger, higher‑clearance car and better driving skills it could have worked. Luckily we finally parked in a parking garage about 150 m away. Our double room had two small frosted windows facing an inner courtyard, so hardly any daylight came in. The air‑conditioning fan was right above the bed. Unfortunately the AC was broken and barely cooled. We reported this immediately at reception, and they said it would be fixed quickly. The next morning after the first night I asked again about the AC, and they promised to handle it. By the late evening when we returned to town, nothing had changed; nobody had fixed it. Very disappointing. The breakfast was also not great: there was generally little space and a limited selection. Many items were only in small portions, so plates often ran empty. The juice cups and glasses were very small.

“Great value hotel close to all the attractions”

I was happy to find the hotel close to the tourist spots yet still a bit quiet, not smack in the middle of the action. The staff were incredibly kind, the room was spotless and had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy!
