The property is well maintained and welcoming; breakfast is plentiful and satisfying, the host is very friendly and helpful, and it’s an experience worth repeating.

Breakfast was abundant with local products, Mrs. Arabella was very accommodating, the pool was beautiful, the location was quiet and great for exploring the area, everything was top.

The location is ideal for exploring Umbria while staying surrounded by nature, and everything is designed to give you relaxation and a home‑like feel.
