The room was tiny and had no direct window; it faced a hallway with a stairwell that was often in use by people in the neighboring building, making it very noisy, and the toilet flushing made a whistling sound.

The location was fine. The place was dirty and very noisy at night.

The building is stunning and well presented, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is great and within walking distance to the most popular boroughs.

It was my birthday and the staff surprised me. Housekeepers Erica, Isa and Fany wrote sweet messages, and the front desk was very helpful, making our stay very nice.
