I was greeted with a friendly face, the room was spotless, and the total quiet was the best part, but the plug‑in air freshener made it hard to breathe.

The lobby and bathrooms were disgusting, rooms smelled musty, and the back door didn’t lock so strangers could get in.

The staff helped me extend my stay by a day and keep the same room, which was great.

The front desk guy gave us exceptional customer service, but the place was very run down—bathroom paint was sloppy with patch jobs in a different color, the bathroom door didn’t work properly, the toilet was loose on the floor, and the price was too high for this level of condition; it should be at least $100 cheaper.

Customer service from booking to checkout was excellent and the rate was good, but the motel’s damp and musty smell was off‑putting—even in the rooms—and the floor in our room felt dirty.
