Thanks to Raquel and Neville for a pleasant stay; everything was clean and in order. I’d suggest adding curtains (which are important) and more tea options to make it feel a bit more homely, and perhaps a heads‑up about the food, as we ran short on that.

“Poor”

There was no breakfast because I had to work, the Wi‑Fi never worked, and the TV was also non‑functional. The place needed a thorough dusting even though we’re construction workers; we were told to take off our boots to avoid spreading dust, yet everything was dusty. Dust and no Wi‑Fi are major issues when you need it for work and emails.

“Didn't stay in the end. Was quicker to drive home to Birmingham than wait for the room to be ready”

I couldn’t get into the room at 3 pm because it wasn’t ready, and the greeting felt unwelcoming.

“I felt I was home.”

I liked that the owners were very friendly and helpful, waiting outside for my arrival. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and tidy; I felt at home surrounded by love and care. I recommend it to everyone, especially couples and families.
