Great spot, right by Chembur railway station - getting around Mumbai is a breeze from here.
The service here is top class and my stay was really pleasant.
This new hotel is a real gem - it's spotless
The Lobby Bakery was a nice touch.

I had no positive aspects to mention.
Honestly, the room smelled terrible - like there was a sewage issue or something. And it was clear that no one was really bothered about cleaning or fixing the problem.
The place had a really nice vibe, and the manager was super down-to-earth, making for a great overall experience. However, the hotel corridor could use a bit of a refresh - it didn't exactly smell great.
The service here is top class and my stay was really pleasant. Everything was well taken care of and I felt right at home.
“Ok”
The location's pretty good, but that's about it - the place is dirty and the facilities are lacking. Not exactly the best experience.
