Everything was comfortable and very clean—bed linen, the unit, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and crockery were all spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the kitchenette had no sink, so I had to use the bathroom sink to fill the kettle, which was a bit of a struggle to fit under the tap, and there was no dishwashing liquid to wash plates.

The towels weren’t absorbent and didn’t dry us properly, but they were better than no towel at all! 😊

The service was fantastic, the room was excellently clean with all the facilities as stated, and there were no issues.

The room was spacious, clean, well set out, and had a fridge, iron, hair dryer, microwave, water heating jug, heater/air‑conditioner, cupboards, TV, and other requirements. The only criticism is that there was no body wash for the shower.
