The stay was excellent! The room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotless. The location is perfect, right in the city centre, with a great bakery just across the street. I would definitely stay here again!❤️❤️ The only thing I would have liked was a full‑length mirror in the room.😊

The staff were nice, the location and facilities were great, but unfortunately I got bed‑bug bites during my stay.

We were thrilled with our stay at Hyatt Loft Suites in Athens; the loft was tastefully decorated, roomy, and supremely cozy, featuring a king‑size bed, a generous bathroom, and a separate living area. The spot was ideal, just a few blocks from the church and within a short walk of Plaka and Monastiraki. Across the street, the café offered excellent coffee, breakfast, and a grab‑and‑go bakery with outstanding croissants, making it a perfect home base for exploring the city. We absolutely loved it and would return in a heartbeat!

The host was available for all our requests. Nothing else.

The room was clean, spacious, well‑appointed, and the location was fantastic. Communication was good, clear, and fast. Arriving early was a bit tough because there was no onsite office, but that issue was quickly fixed through communication.
