Sardar Bahadur's Heritage Bungalow Estate Stay

This colonial heritage property is fabulous. The owner, Trishul, is very kind, generous, and quick to help. Special thanks to Meena Aunty, Trishul’s mother, who fed us abundantly with delicious breakfast and dinner buffets featuring mouth‑watering native dishes—so good you’d think even God wouldn’t miss it. Ashwin, the caretaker, took excellent care of us without hesitation. The rates are very reasonable. If you enjoy slow walks, bird watching, stargazing, and nature, this is a great spot. Coffee lovers can see the beans grow and sun‑dry, and the whole place smells of coffee berries. It’s one of the best homestays I’ve been to, and I’d love to return again and again.

“Coffee farm stay in Heritage bungalow”

the aesthetics. cleanliness. hospitality. personal attention by Trishul (owner of the place). It is exactly the same as looks in pic. entire Bungalow was available to us, with fully operational kitchen, dining area, properly placed crockeries. superb morning.fog all around in the coffee farm. noone around but still you feel safe . We were served coffee and a delicious breakfast right on time. wish i had more time and could stay more

The location, the view from the property, and the cleanliness were all great, and there was ample parking. The only downside was the size of the room.

“An excellent place for relaxation”

The spot sits right in the middle of a coffee plantation, surrounded by big trees, making it perfect for a few days of nature‑filled peace with simple, homemade food from local staff using fresh ingredients, mostly vegetarian. It would be nicer if the room had a cupboard and a chair.

“Gracious host, great staff Excellent location Great food!”

Mr. Trishul welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived, sharing great stories and creating lasting memories. Mr. Kariappa and Mrs. Meena Kariappa treated us to coffee and lively conversation, while Vinu and his family—who were wonderful staff—cooked delicious meals and met every need. I’m already looking forward to more visits; this place is a must‑visit for anyone wanting magical evenings by a cozy bonfire with great food and company. The only small gripe is that a few more accessible sockets for charging multiple gadgets would be helpful.
