The accommodation was close to the old town, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, the receptionist offered us an earlier check‑in in exchange for a good review, which shocked me; I don’t think reviews should be a business transaction—that’s why I only gave 8 instead of 10. When we finally got a room after waiting, it was untidy, but they apologized and moved us.
