Even for simple requests they responded kindly and patiently, never making us feel like a bother. Their attitude made the whole trip smoother, especially when we were sorting out practical matters, and it was clear they truly wanted guests to feel comfortable and we appreciated that.
The entire property stayed clean and well maintained throughout our stay. We saw the common areas kept tidy and everything in good condition, which gave us a pleasant feeling when walking around. We never encountered anything neglected or poorly kept, and even the smaller details were cared for, making the place comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel sits centrally, with all major sights a short walk away, and the street itself is noticeably quieter than its neighbors, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just around the corner. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Then there was the 5 cm cockroach casually appearing in the bathroom; my Europe-raised kids were actually delighted—this was their first proper encounter, proving my South American cockroach stories weren't entirely made up. So, all in all: great location, lovely staff, reasonable price… and complimentary wildlife. You get what you pay for. 😄
