The owner is friendly, the house is located in a pleasant, quiet setting and is well decorated, and there is a hot water and coffee machine (Lavazza) in front of the room. In the bathroom a towel rack could be added.

A clean and pleasant room, though a bit small, and everything looked very new. The staff were friendly, but when we arrived there was no one, so we had to send a message and they told us where the keys were and what else we needed. We would have liked to know this beforehand, so that they could have sent us a message through the platform with instructions. Parking was fine. A good option for heading to Piran and the surrounding area at a decent price. The only missing items were clothes hangers and towel hooks.

The location is great, not far from Portoroz, and I especially liked the very good restaurant Stazione Parenzana right nearby. The terrace and garden were also nice.
