The location was convenient for everything we needed, ideal for long stays, and the rates were very affordable.

The staff were great and friendly, and I had no complaints.

Loreal, the front desk manager, was extremely professional, personable, and went above and beyond with excellent customer service, and I had no issues at all.

The area was clean, the room was spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove for cooking, and there was plenty of parking. However, the elevator was broken the entire time, the room keys only worked on 3 of the 10 days, and for the remaining 7 days we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs at least twice after the stairs wouldn’t let us into the room; my girlfriend couldn’t enter when her key failed.

The place was clean and nice, but there was no ice machine anywhere, the remote had issues, and the front desk was close early and opened late.
