The staff were very helpful and attentive, and every facility was so nice too; we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are very comfortable and a good size, their bedding is excellent and I have their pillows at my home in London. The staff are very helpful and I found that they were willing to go above and beyond. The laundry service is excellent and much needed in Shanghai's summer humidity. The only let down for me was the location, but obviously this cannot be helped by the hotel. If you want somewhere with late night food and drinks options then this might not be the hotel for you. It is 30 mins from the airport but they can book you on a shuttle which is handy
